POL-MAK was established in 1986. This family-run enterprise is currently one of Poland’s largest manufacturers of greeting and note cards, decorative bags, wrapping paper, napkins, children’s colouring books and school accessories. The Company also provides a comprehensive range of printing services: from the development of design in the Company’s own graphics studio to printing (using state-of-the-art Heidelberg printing machines), upgrading and finishing.

 

We have been manufacturing advertising bags for 10 years now. Our bags stand out for their high quality, durability and attention to detail. They combine elegance with luxury. POL-MAK bags are recommended for the packaging of various items including clothes, footwear, underwear, jewellery, cosmetics, souvenirs etc. They are indispensable at trade fairs, conferences, presentations and the like. 

 

Any dimensions are available, depending on individual arrangements with our Customers. If Customers opt for any of our standard dimensions, we do not charge costs of the cut die, as we already have it in our inventory.

 

Our bags are made exclusively of specially selected paper types:

chalk overlay paper with GSM range of 115-200 g/m_²

packing paper: Kraf (grey or white), with GSM range of 100-110 g/m_²  

offset paper 140 g/m_²

and other types, available on request

 

Each bag can be printed in any colour, with any advertising design made in the offset technology. Printing can cover up to 100% of the bag’s surface, on both sides.

 

Out carrying handles are made of PP string. Colours can be selected from the standard colour range offered by POL-MAK. On special request, carrying handles can be made of cotton string, cotton or satin ribbons. String is threaded through the upper overlap and tied into a knot. The upper overlap and the bag’s bottom are reinforced with cardboard (GSM 450-500 g/m_²).

 

To protect our bags against damage and ensure higher durability, they are covered with glossy or matt film. To achieve a more outstanding visual effect, we can also apply UV varnish, glitter or gilding to selected areas on the surface.

 

We also offer our assistance in preparing bag design for our Customers.

 

Products are usually ready within ca. 3 weeks from the date the Customer submits material for printing. Order completion dates are always arranged on an individual basis, as lead times may vary depending on the number of bags in the run and on the manufacturing machines’ load.

 

The standard minimum order size is 500 pcs., however with larger orders the bag’s unit price is markedly reduced. Customers are also invited to negotiate smaller orders (e.g. 300-400 pcs.).

 

Finished products can be delivered to the Customer on request, using DHL transport services. Costs of transport are not included in the price quotation. All prices specified to our Customers exclude costs of product transport to the recipient.

 

Price calculation is made individually for each order depending on specific bag parameters. In order to accurately estimate costs, Customers are asked to specify the run size, number of colours, bag dimensions and upgrading type.
